Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING All deposits are non-refundable. CANCELLATION: If you should have to cancel, you must do so within 72 hours of your scheduled service date. If you cancel less than 2 days prior, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $85. RESCHEDULING: If you need to rescheduled, you must contact us no later than 72 hours of your scheduled service date. If the date you chose, is not available, we will reach out in 24-48 hours of receiving your booking. FEES: All payments must be made and completed on your scheduled service date. Bounced checks or failures to pay timely will result in a charge $55 in the form of an invoice via email and we will call to let you know.
